What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

Please, inspect your item as soon as it arrives, especially if the courier is still there. If you spot any damage, let us know within 24 hours. Be sure to mention your order number so we can sort things out quickly.

Remember, this policy doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after the product has left our hands.

No Returns for Change of Mind:

We understand that choosing the perfect urn is a deeply personal decision. However, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the urn turns out to be too small for your beloved pet’s ashes or if you simply prefer a different color after receiving it. All our products have detailed capacity and dimension info on our website, so you can make the best choice before buying.

How to Return an Item:

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 days, but only if the product was damaged during transport or found to be defective.

Before You Send It Back:

Refunds:

At Epoch Pet, we only refund the cost of the product if there’s an issue due to delivery (like damage or defects). We don’t cover return shipping costs, so please keep that in mind when returning items.
